First up, we have Middleman‘s video for their new single Spinning Plates. The single is out March 27 but can be pre-ordered here. This is lyrically the strongest track we’ve seen from the lads which says a lot because this is a band with some majorly deep and insightful lyrics. Directed by Tom Robinson, the video sees the lads performing in a snow-laden city. It’s a simple concept, but it’s pulled-off really well.
Another band, another video. This time it comes in the form of B I G S L E E P with their track Ghosts. The band themselves are quite elusive having only a Tumblr and Soundcloud (that I can find, anyway). They’re an Americana tinged alt-rock/pop outfit that will remind most of you of Vampire Weekend. They’re a big radio play waiting to happen.
