Illustrator Vince Low uses a scribbling technique to produce these amazing superhero and celebrity portraits. Although as you can see the “scribbles” aren’t anything like you or I would do. Every line is there on purpose. The portraits are wonderfully realistic, with incredible detail. He first discovered his talent for scribbling when he was sketching in his sketchbook.
About his process, Low says, “I knew that it would be a challenge for me to scribble out and capture the souls and characters of those people in the portraits. For that reason, I was determined to make a breakthrough by bringing my crafting skills to a whole new level.”
